Our client in Howell, contacted us after reading an Asbury Park Press article about our design process.   Initially, they wanted to repair their front landing and steps.  While at their home, they asked for our some pricing options and design suggestions for updating their colonial style home’s exterior.  We suggested a combination of stone and vinyl siding, new garage and entry doors, and a color scheme that would coordinate with their new roof and energy efficient windows.  The homeowners were thrilled with the ideas, comfortable with the price range, and, after further research about our company, confident with us.

We began to develop concept drawings and select material.  In addition to the repair, the client chose a siding product with a contoured insulation material that qualifies for a Government Tax Credit of $1500.00.  In addition to the credit, the client will be able to to save money on their heating and cooling bills for years to come.  The garage and entry doors are also Energy Star approved, adding to the home’s thermal efficiency and future savings.  After assessing the project, the tax credit, and anticipated monthly savings, the client has added a new driveway and front portico to the renovation.

Before pictures and concept drawings are below, and I can’t wait to start adding the construction and after pictures!
